You can book for days, weeks or month, how you like it. Our thirty-eight 1-room apartments and three 2-room flats provide the comfort of a hotel in wonderful surroundings combined with the independence of an own home. We are located in the city centre but have rural flair.

Underground stations (line U 6) and urban railways are easy to reach, a bus station is nearly in front of the building.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.
