of Berlin between the Brandenburg Gate and Potsdamer Platz,
in close proximity to the "Unter den Linden“ boulevard, the
Pariser Platz, the Holocaust memorial and the new central train station.

Facilities in the immediate vicinity include a variety of welcoming restaurants and cosy pubs, supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, and a wide selection of shops and boutiques. Our apartments have a fully-equipped fitted kitchen (with toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc.).

Located in the central "Berlin Mitte" zone, you will find yourself right in the heart of this great metropolis, adjacent to the government quarter and close to the most important sites that Berlin has to offer.

Tourists information

By Car:
-Take the exit Kaiserdamm from the highway A100.
- From there head towards Alexanderplatz, crossing Ernst-Reuter-Platz, the Victorycolumn (Siegessäule) until Brandenburg Gate.
- At the gate take a right and an immediate left into Behrenstrasse.
- The Servicebureau is located in Behrenstrasse number 1B.

Public transport nearby:
S - Bahnhof Unter den Linden.
U - Bahnstation (subway) Mohrenstrasse.
Bus: M41, TXL, 100, 200, N2

Remarks

Keys can be exchanged until 21:00 (Saturday and Sunday until 18.00). If you intend to arrive later than this please advise us when you make your booking.
Please note: latest arrival time to pick up keys is 24:00 hrs.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.50 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via TV is available in the hotel rooms only and costs EUR 3.00 per 24 hours.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day.
