These apartments are available to backpackers, business travellers and holidaymakers alike, and provide everything you need for a pleasant stay.

They are located in the district of Britz, to the south of Berlin's city centre, and enjoy green surroundings.

Room information

The apartments feature 19th-century style, large rooms with high ceilings, and most feature elaborate stucco details. The large, fully equipped breakfast kitchens invite you to prepare meals at home.
Our rooms with shared bathroom are spacious and provide a separate lounge with TV.

Area information

Newly developed park areas nearby lend themselves to pleasant strolls. The Britzer Garten, which lies a 10-minute bus ride away, is a real experience in the spring and autumn, and features a lakeside restaurant.

The "Stern & Kreis" boat services stop at the Teltow Kanal and offer a variety of round trips.

Grenzallee underground station lies just a short walk away, and from here you can access the whole city. It takes 15 minutes to reach the city centre from here.

Tourists information

By plane:
From Schönefeld Airport take bus 171 to Grenzallee underground station

From Tegel Airport you can use the Airporter to reach Jakob Kaiser Platz underground station, where you should take the train towards Rudow and exit at Grenzallee

By car:
- Approach via the A100 motorway and exit at Buschkrugallee
- Turn right twice
- The hotel is located on the Radwanderweg Europa (cycling/hiking path)

Remarks

Arrival is possible between 14:00 and 18:00. If you intend to arrive later than this, please contact the hotel in advance and we will place your key in a safe. You will receive the PIN number for this safe over the phone.

Upon departure, we kindly request that you wash and dry your used dishes and utensils and leave the kitchen in a clean and tidy state.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 3.00 per day.
