Here you will find well equipped holiday apartments for tourists and business travellers alike.

The apartments are between 30 and 75 m2, with a kitchen and bathroom as well as separate living and sleeping areas, suitable for 2 to 5 people.

The apartments are situated in the Schoeneberg and Wilmersdorf districts of Berlin.

Room information

All flats are lovely furnished and suitable for 1 to 5 persons. The kitchen is equipped with dish washer (in the big flat), fridge, kettle, oven, cooker, toaster, coffee maker and dishes.

Food and beverages

A bakery is directly next to our house, a super market only 300m away.
In close surroundings of the apartments there are a lot of budget restaurants, internet cafés and various shops.

Tourists information

All our apartments are located near the Underground U9. 3 - 9 minutes from Zoologischer Garten.
The directon to the apartment will be sent by us in separrate conformation.

Remarks

Payment Information:
Cash only on arrival. Check-in is always at the address of the booked apartment between 14:00 and 22:00. Other times are possible by arrangement (for arrivals after 22:00, there will be an extra charge of EUR 20). Early check-in is only possible if the previous clients depart before 11:00.

As we do not have a 24-hour reception, we kindly ask that guests call our duty mobile number one hour before arrival so we can arrange to meet them at the apartment.

The end cleaning charge (EUR 20) is not included in the total price.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on streets nearby.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
