The Wellnesshotel Centrovital Berlin is situated opposite Spandau Lake and offers a fantastic spa and wellness area that you can use free of charge!

The hotel was built on the former grounds of the Schultheiss brewery and was opened in March 2004. If you are travelling on business or as a leisure guest you will appreciate the stylishly decorated rooms, 9 conference rooms, 4 restaurants and friendly bars.

Relax in our large 3500 m² wellness area with salt-water pool, sauna, modern gym, solarium and terrace.

Tegel Airport, the city centre, the fairgrounds, the Olympic Stadium and the "Waldbühne" are all situated within immediate reach.

Room information

The rooms are equipped in a modern and comfortable style. Double rooms for single use are available and rooms with a lake view are available on request.

All room rates include access to the hotel's SPA-World.

Food and beverages

Enjoy our light and international cuisine at our "Kochkunst" restaurant with terrace and lake view. At our "Backstein" bistro, you can relax and unwind with beer and small snacks. In our wellness area, our "Brennbar", with fireplace, is waiting for you. Enjoy our "Luftikuss" bar on our roof terrace in the summer months.

Area information

Our hotel is situated on the grounds of the old "Schultheiss" brewery near the "Spandauer See". The historic city centre of Berlin-Spandau is just a few minutes away. The ICC fairgrounds and the international airport of Tegel can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Accommodated in the pulsating metropolis of Berlin, you can nevertheless enjoy the tranquility at the "Spandauer See".

Tourists information

Take the A100 Berlin city highway in the direction of Charlottenburg and exit Siemensdamm. Continue until Juliusdamm, proceed straight ahead until Nonnendamm and turn right at the roundabout in Spandau into Neuendorfer Straße. After 800 metres, you will find the Centrovital Hotel on your right hand side.
Berlin Tegel Airport - 15 minutes over A110.
Public transportation - Take the U7 to "Rathaus Spandau" or the S9 or 75 until Spandau Station or RE Regionalbahn from Zoo Main Station or Schönefeld Airport.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 40.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.
