Due to excellent transport links, the modern Potsdamer Platz, the historic Brandenburg Gate or the worth seeing Museum Island are easy and fast to reach.

You will find the exclusive apartments of the Checkpoint Inn in a residential and business house – the Checkpoint Plaza, only a few steps away from the famous Friedrichstrasse.

Amongst others, there are a barber and cosmetics shop, a flower shop, an Italian restaurant and a supermarket on the ground floor of the house.

Part of the house equipment is a doorman service around-the-clock, a private postbox, a laundry cellar as well as a bike-storeroom.

Room information

Our apartments are brightly and modern furnished, with carpets or laminate.

The exclusive one, Apartment “Dwight”, provides 1.5 rooms (approx. 40 sqm) and is equipped with a cosy living area, a dining bar with bar stools, LCD-TV, high-speed internet access as well as southward balcony with view to the Checkpoint Charlie.

The noble and comfortable apartment “Ronald” is a 2-room flat in the penthouse floor. It provides a separate kitchen and a spacious balcony with view over the roofs of Berlin Mitte.

Both apartments have a TV, radio, video interphone system, fridge/freezer combination, dish-washer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, flat iron, hair-dryer, bed linen and towels.

Food and beverages

The apartments provide a complete kitchen equipment and a separate dining area.

In the house you will find an Italian restaurant, a bistro as well as an Asian restaurant. Only a few minutes by walk away, at the Friedrichstrasse or Gendarmenmarkt, you can enjoy a wide range of international restaurants and bars.

Area information

Within the building you find an Italian restaurant, a florist's, a hairdresser's, a bistro and a supermarket. The underground station "Stadtmitte" lies a 2-minute walk away from here.

The surrounding area offers a wealth of attractions including Checkpoint Charlie, the shopping street Friedrichstrasse, the Gendarmenmarkt square with its concert hall and cathedrals, and the boulevard "Unter den Linden" which runs between the Brandenburg Gate and the Schlossbrücke bridge. An 8-minute walk takes you to Potsdamer Platz with its restaurants, shops, theatres, cinemas and the Sony Center.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 10 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Public parking is possible on streets nearby and costs EUR 5.00 per day.
