Tourists information

The hostel for price conscious travellers is close to the train station Zoologischer Garten. The closest U-bahn stations are U7 Bayerischer Platz, about a 4 minute walk away, and U4 Rathaus Schoeneberg, roughly 3 minutes. You can get to all of the city’s attractions quickly and easily with the S1 metro line or bus lines M46, 106, 198.

From the Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station):
- Take the S7 toward Potsdam and get off at Zoologischer Garten.
- At Zoologischer Garten, take the bus line M46 toward Britz/Buschkrug to the stop Rathaus Schoeneberg. (12 minute journey)
- You will be on Martin-Luther-Strasse when you get off the bus. Take a right, walking 20 metres in the opposite direction to that in which the bus was traveling to Badensche Strasse. Here, cross Badensche Strasse and Martin-Luther-Strasse. Now you are on Meininger Strasse. Our Hostel is 50 metres away on the right side of the street.
- A taxi ride will cost around EUR 15.

From Tegel Airport (TXL):
- Take bus X9 or 109 to the Zoologischer Garten.
- Follow the directions above from here.
- A taxi ride will cost around EUR 20.

From Schönefeld Airport (SXF):
- Take bus X7 or 171 toward Hermannplatz and get off at the stop Rudow.
- Take U-bahn line U7 towards Rathaus Spandau and get off at the stop Bayerischer Platz.
- Leave the U-bahn station via the exit Salzburger Strasse. (20 minute journey)
- Now walk to Salzburger Strasse. After 500 metres, Salzburger Strasse will end and you will find Badensche Strasse. Take a left onto Badensche Strasse and after 10 metres you will find Martin-Luther-Strasse.
- Cross Martin-Luther-Strasse directly onto Meininger Strasse.
- Our hostel is about 50 metres away on the right side of the street.
- A taxi ride costs around EUR 25.

Check-in notice:
Your booked rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival but you can check-in before and use our free luggage storage.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 6 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
