Our house is located in the centre of Berlin, between the Kurfürstendamm and the German Opera, the railway station Zoo and the Messe Berlin.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
