All apartments are located in various prime locations in Berlin’s city centre, directly at the Hackescher Markt and Alexander Platz. Groups of up to 24 people can be accommodated in total (in all 6 apartments).

We require a EUR 25 deposit per key.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 100.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 20.00 per stay for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
