Tourists information

Arrival from the Central Station:
Take the S-Bahn line S3, 5, 7 or 75 to Ostkreuz (7 stops).

Arrival from the Ostbahnhof:
Take the S-Bahn line S3, 5, 7 or 75 to Ostkreuz (2 stops).

Arrival from the Central Bus Station ZOB:
Take the U2 subway line to Zoologischer Garten, (5 stops). Change to the S-Bahn, line S3, 5, 7 or 75 and go on to Ostkreuz (10 stops).

Payment Information:
Visa and Master credit cards incur an extra charge of EUR 2.50.
Pets:
As in every A&O Hotel and Hostel, pets are allowed in single and twin rooms.
Other Additional Costs:
We charge 1 EUR extra for bed linen and for towels if needed.
In single and twin rooms, breakfast bed linen and towels are included.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.
