Our privately owned hotel is in the west of the city (Grunewald), allowing you to reach the Kurfürstendamm and the international convention centre in just a few minutes on foot.

Here you can sleep in tranquil surroundings as our hotel is located in a green and quiet side road in the elegant diplomatic quarter.

You can enjoy our tasty buffet breakfast in the conservatory on the top floor, filled with natural light, above the roofs of Berlin or on our sun terrace.

All rooms are tastefully furnished, with views out over the hotel's green surroundings.

We are happy to reserve one of our non-smoking rooms for you.

All our double rooms can be booked for single occupancy.

Area information

The Hotel Haus Bismarck is located in the famous residence district Grunewald, just next to the city center of Berlin.

The famous Kurfürstendamm can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. The international congress centre (ICC) and the motorway can also be reached comfortably by foot or with a 4 minute car drive.

Regardless, you will sleep in green and quite surroundings.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 4.50 per person.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
