This is the right place for those on a budget who still wish to be situated 10 minutes from Berlin's best known and most visited attractions.

The Julia House has sturdily built rooms and with a pension feel to them. Facilities include a fridge and a TV. A bathroom separates two rooms.

The next underground station (U8/9 Osloer Str.) can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. We have a free car park and an elevator. Please see below for a full list of details.

Haus Julia is a small but cozy and very pleasant house.
Rooms: 1bed, 2bedded, shared rooms with tv and fridge.
Only two rooms share one bathroom.
free parking place, spacious lobby with gastronomy, pool and dart and large-size-screen.
- please notice: bed linen is available, but you have to bring along your own towels
- payments can be accepted only cash or on account in advance

Food and beverages

The Julia House features a spacious gastronomy area where not only breakfast is taken(4 Euro/pers./day) but in which enjoyable evenings can be spent in front of the large-size screen, playing pool or darts and catered to by friendly staff.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Baby cots are not available.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
