Hotel information

Our hotel is named after the Electoral Princess Henrietta of Brandenburg who lived from 1627 to 1667 and who was the first wife of Grand Electoral Prince of Brandenburg, Frederick William.

Room information

All our rooms and apartments (with kitchen or kitchenette) combine individual room designs with a cosy atmosphere.

Food and beverages

The 'Attaché' Bar is open Monday to Saturday but closed on Sundays.

Our restaurant 'Shezan' offers you Indian specialities and special international dishes daily from 11.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. The entire offer is rounded off with the finest wines and even room service.

In the summer you can dine on an antique 'Spree' boat on the Spree canal in front of our restaurant.

• Bus line 109/X9 brings you directly to the main station 'Zoologischer Garten'

Arrival at the Airport Schönefeld (40 minutes):
• Subway no. 9 or 7 direction 'Westkreuz'
• Get off at 'Alexanderplatz' and change into subway line U2 direction 'Ruhleben'
• Get off at 'Märkisches Museum'

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 3.99 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 17.00 per day.
