Our rooms are 25 sqm in size.
We also offer 14 comfortable suites, which are 50-54 sqm in size and feature separate living and sleeping areas.

Food and beverages

Il Faggio Restaurant:
- International specialities, romantic candlelit dinners and during the summer, you can dine on the adjacent terrace.
- Breakfast is served daily from 06:30 until 10:30. On Sundays, we extend breakfast until 14:30.
- A buffet lunch is available between 12:00 and 15:00.
- Our à la carte restaurant is available from 18:00 until 23:00 (except on Sundays).

Intermezzo Bar:
- A variety of cocktails, snacks and light meals.
- This is open daily from 09:00 until 01:00.

Kleene Kneipe Trattoria:
- A daily changing buffet is also available, and during the summer, you can enjoy grilled food on our terrace.
- This is open daily from 18:00 until 01:00, with hot food served until 23:00 (on Saturdays it opens at 17:00).

Arriving by car:
From Hamburg:
- Take the A111 motorway
- Exit at Saatwinkler Damm/Flughafen Tegel
- Turn left into Saatwinkler Damm
- Turn left into Rohrdamm

From Hanover/Nuremberg:
- Take the A115 motorway until the junction Funkturm
- Take the A100 toawrds Reinickendorf/Flughafen Tegel and exit at Siemensdamm
- Continue straight ahead along Siemensdamm
- Turn right into Rohrdamm

By public transport:
- Take the underground line U7 and get out at the station Rohrdamm
OR
- Take bus numbers 123, 139 or 223 and get out at the stop U-Bhf. Rohrdamm

From the airport:
Our shuttle service is available on request, and can take a maximum of 6 guests to Tegel Airport (3 kilometres away). This cost-free service is available between 06:30 and 22:00, and must be booked before your arrival.

Remarks

Use of the leisure area is free of charge to hotel guests. Opening hours are from 06:30 to 22:00, and the sauna is available from 09:00.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
