This romantic hotel is located close to Alexanderplatz (15 minutes). When you book the "Double Room incl. dinner voucher & champagne" (available until March 2008) you receive a bottle of sparkling wine in your room and a voucher worth EUR 25 which can be used in the hotel’s restaurant.

The hotel is surrounded by the wonderful green parks of the lakes Obersee and Orankesee, and provides a peaceful base for both business travellers and holidaymakers.

From here, the M5 tram takes you to several of Berlin’s attractions.

Hotel information

This hotel is in an old fire station building of Berlin, situated in the district Alt-Hohenschönhausen, only a few minutes from the centre of Berlin and close to Prenzlauer Berg and Pankow. Right next to the hotel there is beautiful park. Amid the wonderful atmosphere of this original fire station from the year 1912, you will feel comfortable and quite at home.

Room information

All of our 26 individual rooms have a different layout. Each offers a comfortable ambience and some of them have a desk and a seating area. Original paintings by Hohenschönhausen artists add a warm and comfortable feeling to each single room.

Food and beverages

Good morning Berlin! We offer fresh bagels and freshly squeezed juice, salads, marmalade as well as various hot beverages. It goes to show that there's more to eat than just Currywurst and Klopse in Berlin. Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 10:30.

The former garage used to house fire engines, today it is our bar and restaurant: Garage . A bright and spacious room with round arches, it is the ideal background for our fresh international cuisine.

4=3 is the motto on Mondays and Tuesdays which means that the most expensive of four main dishes and beverages is on the house!

Area information

Within a radius of up to 550 metres you can find a taxi rank, the Oberseeparkanlage, lake Orankesee with open-air bath and tram station M5/station Feienwalder Straße.

Within a radius of 2.5 to 7.2 km of the hotel you will find the Allee Centre, the Landsberger Allee tram station, Velodrom, Ring Centre, Alexander Platz (square) and Max Schmelinghalle.

Tourists information

You can reach all our capital's touristic attraction by tram (lines 5 and 15, station "Konrad-Wolf-Straße") or by S-Bahn (station "Landsberger Allee").

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas only and costs EUR 4.00 per hour.
