Short description

The building is an historical Villa with a Remise (former horse stables) which was built in 1896. Most apartments are located in the Remise. They are equipped with kitchen facilities, incl. dishes, flatware and cooking utensils. Therefore, no restaurant on the premises.

Our country house Lichterfelde with its almost rural atmosphere offers you a natural, easeful and central location in Lichterfelde/West. Next to the hotel you find shopping facilitites and bus lines X11,111,283 and night bus 84. The hotel is situated at S-Bahn station Lichterfelde/West and near subway station U-9 Rathaus Steglitz (only 2 stations away).
Please notice our office hours:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00. Since we do not offer an over night reception we ask you to inform us about your arrival time beyond this office hours and during weekends and public holidays.

Food and beverages

Adjacent to the hotel you find diverse restaurants such as 'Oma Brinks Kartoffelhaus', 'Macedonia', 'Lithe House', 'Michel's', 'Il Molino', 'Kretische Ecke', King's Garden as well as Thai, spanish and Turkish cuisine. You may also order meals in your apartment at one of the restaurants with delivery service. For superior demands the delivery service 'Hofmarshall' offers treats which are served in your apartment.

Area information

The adjacencies of the hotel, the so-called 'Kiez' offers everything for your daily needs. You find coiffeur, physicians, pharmacies, shopping facilities, banks, cosmeticians, bakeries, fruit shops etc. By bike you easily get to city west and east and may reach meadows within 15 minutes. Startung from the adjacent S-Bahn station you may go on a tour to the 'Spreewald' or Potsdam.

Travel facilities:
Trainstation and airport shuttle (extra fee), next highway A10, S-Bahn Station Lichterfelde/West. Airport Berlin Tegel 13 km (Taxi: approximately EUR 25-30).

Tourists information

From the Airports Tempelhof, Tegel and Schönefeld as well as from the train stations Zoologischer Garten and Wannsee you may take our shuttle for a small fee.

By car from Bonn or Munich: Turn to the right at Dreilinden, to Zehlendorf and Steglitz, exit Dahlem, Lichterfelde, turn right into the Drakestrasse. The hotel is the fourth building on the right side after the second traffic light.

Further directions from Hamburg, Paris or Rome on request.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 3 to 8 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
