Our family-run hotel Novalis near the central train station is situated right in the heart of Berlin, in walking distance to Friedrichstrasse and Oranienburgerstrasse (1 minute). In immediate surroundings are: the Friedrichstadtpalast, the Museum Island, the Reichstag...
In 2003 the hotel was restored completely. All our rooms are furnished comfortably and provide shower/WC, TV, and minibar.

Staying for only 1 night is not possible.

Tourists information

From Tegel Airport: Take Bus 128 to the station "Kurt-Schumacher Platz", change for subway U-6 (direction "Alt-Mariendorf") to the station "Oranienburger Tor".

From trainstation "Zoologischer Garten": Take interurban train S7, S9, S5 or S75 to the station "Friedrichstraße", change for subway U-6 (direction "Alt-Tegel") to the station "Oranienburger Tor".

From fair "Messe Nord/ICC": Take interurban train S41 to the station "Wedding", change for subway U-6 (direction "Alt-Mariendorf") to the station "Oranienburger Tor".

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
