Situated just 5 minutes from the renowned boulevard "Kurfürstendamm", 10 minutes from the exhibition grounds and 20 minutes from Tegel Airport, this small hotel-guesthouse awaits your visit in West Berlin.

Hotel information

Situated in the heart of former West, we are a clever alternative for a stay in Berlin. Showers and toilets always outside the rooms, but clean and neat and always helpful staff.

Food and beverages

Breakfast buffet daily from 0530 to 1000, during weekend and on holidays from 0700 to 1000. For groups more than 10 people it is possible to have a warm buffet in the eavening (please order two or three days in advance, we kindly expect prepayment).

Area information

Bars, Clubs and Pubs all around, close to famous Ku'damm. This is a part of Berlin which doesn't suffer that much from the last war's bombs - you will find lots of old houses around and the typic Berlin streets and backyards.

Tourists information

from airport Tegel (TXL): bus 109 (only one direction) to train station Charlottenburg

from Hauptbahnhof: S-Bahn direction Spandau, Wannsee or Potsdam, 5 stops, get out at Charlottenburg, move in direction of driving, turn right. When you leave the building, we are on the other side of the street, no.17

from airport Schönefeld (SXF): S-Bahn 9 directly to station Charlottenburg, rest as described above, takes about one hour!

from airport Tempelhof (THF): U(nderground)6 direction Alt-Tegel, switch at Mehringdamm (1 stop) into U7 direction Rathaus Spandau (same platform) and get out at Wilmersdorfer Straße/Charlottenburg.

by car: leave highway at Kaiserdamm or Messe/ICC, turn into Neue Kantstraße direction Zentrum. Seventh street on the right side is called Windscheidstraße. Turn right in there, next one left is Stuttgarter Platz, no.17 our house.

Remarks

A parking pass can be obtained for EUR 3 per day.

Please note that from 24th to 26th December 2007, Reception will only be occupied between 10:00 and 14:00.

On 31st December 2007 and 1st January 2008, Reception will be occupied between 10:00 and 18:00.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: No parking available.
