This privately run hotel-guesthouse enjoys a prime location in the district of Berlin-Schöneberg. From here just a short walk, underground/city rail journey, bus ride or car journey takes you to the renowned Kurfürstendamm boulevard, the zoo, the KaDeWe mall, the "Theater des Westens" and Potsdamer Platz.

The hotel’s interior was recently renovated, modernised and stylishly appointed with new furniture and accessories. Here you can enjoy staying in an individual guest room close to the Berlin’s western centre.

Room information

All rooms provide modern amenities and are furnished in bright, pleasant colours. Most bathrooms include hairdryer and cosmetic mirror.

Non-smoking rooms are available on request.

Food and beverages

A comprehensive breakfast buffet is available each morning.

Following an eventful day, unwind in one of the many international restaurants, atmospheric bars or cosy cafés at Nollendorfplatz.

Area information

The hotel-guesthouse is centrally located and enjoys excellent connections to the city rail and underground networks.

Numerous shops, lively cultural spots and a vibrant nightlife await right outside the front door. The "Winterfeldtmarkt" takes place regularly at the large marketplace nearby, and is considered to be one of the city’s most attractive markets.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 5.00 per person.
