Putinn is a little Hotel right in the Heart of Berlin. It is a 10 Minutes walk to the Brandenburg Gate, 5 Minutes to the Potsdamer Square and the famous Friedrichstrasse is right around the corner. Quiet cosy and still cool, it invites long term guests as well as one-nighters. Guest may use the kitchen, lounge,bathrooms(shared,one per 3 rooms) and 2 balconys.

There is a reading room with a flower terrace and a breakfast room. The hotel provides a direct elevator and bathroom for disabled guest.

THIRD FLOOR

Our upper floor has six individually designed rooms. We have two bathrooms (one with shower, the other with a tub), a kitchen and breakfast room and a living room with TV and stereo.
Two balconies adjacent to kitchen and living room invite pleasant lounging.

FIRST FLOOR

Here is our reception and the vending machine.
We especially proud ourselves with furniture of the Berlin architect Michael Heim with witch we furnished all six rooms and the public areas on this floor.
Right beside the combined kitchen and breakfast room there is a lounge with children’s corner and internet-pc. We provide three WC’s and two showers on this floor.

SECOND FLOOR

The Apartment is our best accommodation.
You can make yourself at home there. It has a bedroom, a big kitchen and dining room with sofa and DVD-Player, a bath room with a tub, a separate WC, chamber for your clothing with a washing machine, and a supplementary room with a combined couch and bed.
Best for families with children it comfortably holds 3 persons and 5 if necessary.

Tourists information

By car:
- From Leipzigerstraße, turn north into Mauerstraße (between Friedrichstraße. and Wilhelmstraße.).
- We are located at the back of the first big building on the left where the parking is.

The main underground stops are Mohrenstraße (U2) and Stadtmitte (U6).

From Tegel Airport (TXL): take the airport bus, TXL, and get out at Friedrichstraße, then take the U6 underground line to Stadtmitte (2 stops).

From Schönefeld Airport (SFL): take any S-Bahn (city rail) line to Friedrichstraße, then take the underground line U6 to Stadtmitte (2 stops).

Remarks

Late and early check-ins will find their keys in our safe. Please call or write to us in advance to receive the combination.

Early check-ins may leave their luggage and use the public facilities including bathrooms. Your rooms will be ready by 17:00 or earlier if possible. Please notify us in advance.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 4.00 per person.

Parking: No parking available.

Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
