The Hotel Transit boasts an easily accessible location in the district of Kreuzberg, between Berlin's two main shopping streets - Kurfürstendamm and Friedrichstrasse.

The underground stations Mehringdamm and Hallesches Tor lie in close proximity, and a number of bus services operate here throughout the day.

Food and beverages

Our "Transit Bar" is the ideal starting point from which to enjoy a tour through Berlin's exciting nightlife, and is also the perfect place to round off the day with a nightcap. People from all over the world gather here.

Area information

Should you not find our hotel right away, the reason could be that Hotel Transit is situated in a typical Berlin courtyard in the Kreuzberg district. It's the colourful mix that makes Kreuzberg so fascinating: you'll find a variety of cafés, bars, international restaurants, antique and second hand shops. Kreuzberg has developed its own interesting alternative culture scene with galleries, fringe theatres, concert halls and cabarets.

Tourists information

Our hotel is centrally located and close to the underground stations Mehringerdamm and Hallesches Tor. You can reach Kurfürstendamm/Zoologischer Garten and Friedrichstrasse in 10 minutes by underground. The bus number M19 offers a 24 hour service to and from the Kurfürstendamm. Next underground stop is 'Mehringdamm'
Arriving at the mainstation take 'S-Bahn' to Friedrichstrasse and change to 'U-Bahn' U6 direction 'Alt-Mariendorf' and leave at 'Mehringdamm', follow Mehringdamm, cross over Yorckstrasse and the next on the right is Hagelberger Strasse.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
