The Victor’s Residenz-Hotel Berlin is located quiet and in the center of the city parts Berlin Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain, directly from the huge park of Friedrichshain. The hotel offers 133 rooms equiped with bathroom/shower/WC, hair-dryer, colour-TV with radio, Pay-TV, direct-dial telephone, fax- and computer-plug-in, wireless lan and roomsafe. Rooms with minibar, for non-smokers or handicapped persons are available.

Stylish and cosy are the words to describe our 88 rooms and suites
and the 15 boarding studios for long-term stays – equipped with
bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, colour TV with radio, pay TV, phone,
fax and modem connections, W-LAN, room safe, trouser hangers
(in some rooms), mini bar and cosmetic bar.

Food and beverages

Victor's Bavarian Stube (capacity for 40 guests) is more informal
and serves hearty regional specialities.
And for thorough relaxation after an exciting day, you can order
your favourite cocktail in Victor's Bar.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 12 to 16 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 4.50 per 30 minutes.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.
