Our bars are open from 08:00 to 16:00 and 16:00 to 02:00.
Our Lobby Bar is open daily from 09:00, while the Train Spot Bar on the roof terrace is open from 18:00
The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is available from 07:00 to 10:00 during the week and from 08:00 to 11:00 on weekends and bank holidays.

Area information

Berlin's largest shopping street, Ku’damm, the famous KaDeWe mall, the historic Gedächtniskirche ("Memorial Church") and the zoo are just 500 metres away from our hotel.

Arrival by train from the central station:
Take the S-Bahn (city rail), any line, to “Zoologischer Garten” (3 stops)

Arrival by bus from the central bus station:
Take the U2 underground line to “Zoologischer Garten” (5 stops)

Arrival by plane:
From Tegel Airport (TXL): Take the X9 bus to “Zoologischer Garten” (terminus)
From Schönefeld Airport (SXF): Take the S-Bahn line S9 to “Zoologischer Garten” (19 stops)

From “Zoologischer Garten” Station:
Take the Hardenbergplatz exit, turn right and cross Hardenbergstraße. After about 15 metres go up the stairs and you will find the hotel

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
