Breakfast is served from 6:30 - 10:30 in the week
and from 7:30 - 11:30 on the weekend. Complimentary newspapers and magazines are available in the lounge. Same day laundry, drycleaning and ironing service available. We are delighted to make theatre and restaurant bookings etc. for you. Valet parking.

Highway exit Köln-Süd/Bayenthal, direction Rheinufer to the Rhine
reaching the Rhine turn right, direction Rodenkirchen. After driving under the bridge turn left. Second left onto Kirchstrasse. First right onto Karlstrasse.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
