Hotel information

Reception is occupied until 22:00. Please contact the hotel if you intend to arrive later than this, so that we can give you a code enabling access to the hotel. You can then obtain your room key from the key box.

We would be happy to provide you with a laptop on request.

Some rooms also feature a balcony and a kitchenette.
In the kitchenette, tea and coffee making facilities are available at no extra cost.

Food and beverages

Our breakfast room is situated within a conservatory which offers a view of the hotel garden.

Guests with early flights can receive their breakfast as early as 05:00.

Tea/coffee-making facilities are available free of charge.

If you are travelling in a small group and do not wish to eat in a restaurant every night, you are welcome to either grill something yourself here or let us spoil you with a hearty barbecued meal.

Area information

Cologne Cathedral, the old town, and numerous theatres and museums are all to be found within 16 kilometres of the hotel.

In the immediate vicinity you will find a sports studio.

Tourists information

Cologne/Bonn airport is 4 km from the hotel.

For all our guests who are not travelling by car, we provide a shuttle-service. We will gladly pick you up from the train station Porz-Wahn or from Cologne/Bonn airport.

The shuttle-service is of course free of charge, and is available daily from 05:00 until 22:00. If you require this service, please inform us of your arrival and departure times in the comments box when booking.

Remarks

Our cost-free shuttle service is available for hotel guests upon arrival and departure. We would be happy to pick you up from/drop you off at Cologne/Bonn airport or the S-Bahn (city rail) station “Porz-Wahn”. This service is available daily from 05:00 until 22:00. If you require this service, please inform us of your arrival and departure times in the comments box when booking.

We offer ample parking right next to the hotel. For holiday-makers taking off from Cologne/Bonn Airport, it is possible for vehicles to be left in our car park for the duration of your holiday, free of charge.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
