Short description

The Hotel Löwenbräu is located in the old town of Cologne, directly by the river Rhine and has excellent access to the public transport services.

Most of the cosy rooms have a view of the river. We also offer 2 apartments, which can accommodate 3 persons (for 4 persons please enquire).

In the morning you can enjoy our rich breakfast and a wonderful view of the Rhine.

The popular restaurant "the Löwenbräu" can be found on the ground floor and 1st floor.

If you wish to arrive after 20:00, we will leave your room key in our restaurant.

Food and beverages

In the old town you will not go hungry. Besides various bars and cafés you will find many restaurants as well. The restaurant 'Lowenbräu', which is situated below the hotel, serves Italian as well as home-style dishes.

Area information

It takes a few minutes' walk to reach the museums, central railway station, the cathedral and the famous chocolate-museum. The exhibition centre and the arena are on the opposite side of the Rhine and can be reached by foot (20 minutes), tram (2 stations) or taxi.
To the largest shopping-streets of Cologne it takes you a 3-minute walk.

Located by the Rhine, the hotel is a 1-minute walk from Cologne's central railway station.

If you are arriving later than 20:00 please contact the hotel in advance and we will leave your room key in our restaurant "Löwenbrau".

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
