Our professional staff organises events of all kind, for this purpose we provide 13 rooms, additionally there are 10 rooms for small congresses, where groups of business people meet and work together. Our luxurious board room (35m²) and the ballroom set no limits to your plans! You can invite 10 to 600 people, we'll manage it! The congress rooms are equipped with high-quality technology.

The interior design is modern, accentuated by elements of metal, light wood and glass. You will like the friendly, quiet atmosphere! We want you to enjoy the 313 comfortable and pleasant rooms. They are equipped with air-conditioning, analogue and digital phone and data access, safe, coffee and tea making facilities.

Food and beverages

Enjoy the breakfast buffet in the restaurant Bell'Arte or have a candle light dinner in the elegant atmosphere of L'Adresse. After being busy all day, you might like to have a beer in the Düx (Kölsch, the regional beer, of course!) or a nice cocktail at the bar Accanto.

from the south/west/east:

* Cologne motorway - Heumarer Dreieck - exit to the A4, direction Aachen, until you reach the motorway junction Gremberg

Direction Köln-Deutz/Köln Messe:
* Drive through the Köln-Arena - turn right at the first lights, direction Messe Osthallen/Zoobrücke
* After 300 m turn right, into the basement garage, and here you are!

From the north:

* Cologne motorway, until you reach Kreuz Köln Nord
* Follow the signs Köln-Zentrum/Köln-Messe
* Stay on the left side, follow the signs Zoobrücke/Köln-Messe
* Pass the Rhine and take the first exit Köln-Messe
* Follow the signs Köln-Messe/Köln-Arena
* You'll find our hotel right after 500m

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms only and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 19.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 18.00 per day.
