Our non smoking guesthouse is located in the centre of Cologne, in a calm area 200 meters from the river Rhine. The trade fair area, the "Koelnarena" and the old part of the city with its sights, shops and nightlife are very near and can all be reached by walking or a short tram ride.

Hotel information

This B&B is located in a beautiful, listed building. All the rooms were renovated in 2006 and are now equipped with modern furniture. Guests will find a terrace behind the house where they can have breakfast during the summer.

Food and beverages

A breakfast buffet is available, except for the period between 31 January and 05 February 2008.

Area information

Our centrally located guest house in Cologne Deutz is situated only 200 metres from the Rhine.

In spite of our quiet location, the city life is nearby: the old quarter with its night life, shops and many attractions can be reached on foot via the Deutzer Brücke. On your way you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the city with its famous cathedral.

You can also reach the fairgrounds and the arena on foot or by tram (1-2 stops). The near banks of the Rhine are ideal for walking, cycling or inline skating.

Remarks

Please inform us about the time of your arrival, especially if it will be after 18:00. Note that a check in after 22:00 is not possible.

The hotel does not accept American Express credit cards as guarantee for your booking. If you provide an American Express credit card anyway, the hotel is entitled to request another guarantee for your booking. If this is not assured, the hotel may cancel your booking.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
