Whether you are arriving by train, plane or car, you will easily arrive at the City Hotel.

The main train station for ICE/IC is within 5 minutes' walking distance. From all areas and directions, including Dortmund Airport, you will find very good connections to the hotel via the fully developed motorway network.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
