The family-run Hotel La Villa am Kaiserbrunnen is situated in an art nouveau house, down a quiet side road in the centre of Dortmund. The pedestrian zone is just a few minutes away. You will find several bars and restaurants in the surrounding area.

Tourists information

From the B1:
- Take the exit Märkische Straße/Großmarkt
- After approx. 1000 m turn right towards Heiliger Weg
- After the railway underpass take the 4th street on your right (Arndtstraße).

From the A45:
- Take the exit Dortmund-Süd B54
- Follow the road towards the centre as far as Wallring
- Turn right until you reach Hamburger Straße (crossing the tram tracks)
- Turn right here, then take the next right into Heiligen Weg
- Turn left at the 2nd set of traffic lights into Arndtstraße.
