New opening in the summer of 2008! Right on the New Market place and near to the Church of Our Lady, is our 5-star apartment hotel "Altes Dresden" and the 4-star apartment hotel "Neumarkt".

Because of its central location and the excellent connections to public transport, our apartment hotels are the ideal base from which to get to know the city.

All our comfortable apartments and suites offer a living and sleeping area, a plasma TV, a full-equipped kitchen as well as a washing machine, and some have a direct view of the New Market and the Church of Our Lady, while others offer a balcony.

Hotel information

Reception is occupied from 07:00 to 23:00. Staff here will be happy to assist you in reserving a sightseeing tour or a city walk, or in organising tickets for concerts. You can also hire bicycles here.

Room information

Apartment hotel "Altes Dresden":
All apartments and suites have a direct view of New Market and the Church of Our Lady and are between 36 and 123 m² in size.
They are luxuriously furnished and some of them have wheelchair access. Some are fitted with allergy-friendly parquet flooring, and a particular highlight is the 6-room maisonette suite with a conservatory and garden terrace.

Apartment hotel "Neumarkt":
These comfortably furnished apartments are between 40 m² und 100 m² in size.

Food and beverages

In our restaurant "Gasthaus am Neumarkt" we serve German and regional cuisine. When you present your apartment key here you receive a 15% discount.

Area information

The apartment hotel is located in the historic Old Town of Dresden. All of the famous attractions such as the Zwinger Palace, the Residenz Palace and the Semper Opera House are within easy walking distance.

Tourists information

By car:
- Take the A4 motorway and exit at Dresden-Altstadt
- Continue on the B6 Meißner Landstraße towards the Stadtzentrum
- At the junction Schäferstraße/Weißeritzstraße turn left, and continue straight ahead at the junction Friedrichstraße/Weißeritzstraße, passing by the Yendze mosque on your right-hand side
- At the junction Weißeritzstraße/Pieschener Allee turn right, travel along the train tracks and below the bridge along the shores of the Ostra River. Pass the congress centre in a straight direction. Follow the main road and at the Landtag turn left along the terrace shores and below the Augustus bridge
- Before the next bridge, Carolabrücke, turn right into Am Hasenberg. At the Tzschirner Platz (square)/synagogue turn right and after approximately 200 metres turn right into Landhausstraße
- After approximately 100 metres turn right and check-in at the reception of Aparthotel Neumarkt

By public transport:
- From the airport terminal to the Hauptbahnhof Dresden (the main railway station) take a tram and continue by tram 3 in the direction of Wilder Mann
- Exit at the stop Pirnaischer Platz and walk straight ahead to cross Wilsdrufferstraße in the direction of the Frauenkirche church
- Enter the Landhausstraße and follow this road to the Neumarkt. Our reception is located on the right-hand side

From the main railway station:
- Take tram 3 from the station (in front of the side entrance) and head towards Wilder Mann. Exit at the stop Pirnaischer Platz and continue as above

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
