Our Conference Center Neustadt “CCN” with divisible conference rooms and spacious foyer with its winter garden is suitable for all kind of events. Our conference rooms have a maximum capacity of 250 people and are equipped with the latest Neuland conference and presentation technology. To round off our professional business services and for your personal convenience, we offer you an office, equipped with a PC, a printer and access to the internet.

Room information

Our hotel has air conditioned, tastefully decorated rooms with fresh and modern design. They provide you with everything you would expect from a first class hotel. We also have non-smoking and rooms accessible for the mobility-impaired.

Food and beverages

In our light and bright restaurant "stephan's restaurant" we serve a sumptuous breakfast daily until 11:00 and our sunday brunch from 11:00 to 15:00.

In the evenings we treat you to light cuisine and themed buffets including an extensive salad bar. We also offer an a la carte menu and give romantic candle-lit suppers

"stephans bar & lounge" is the ideal meeting point where you can enjoy a cold beer, an exotic cocktail or a small snack in a casual atmosphere.

Area information

Location:
City centre, in the Dresden-Neustadt district with many bars, pubs and restaurants.

Public transport:
Tram line 7 (direct from the main railway station) and line 8 to Stauffenbergallee.

Historic city centre:
You can easily get to the centre in 10 minutes by car.

Tourists information

From the A4 motorway:
- Exit for Dresden-Hellerau and drive along Radeburger Strasse towards the city centre.
- After 1.5 km, you will reach a junction where you will see an ARAL petrol station on your right-hand side - turn left into Stauffenbergallee.
- You will see the entrance to the hotel on your right-hand side after 1.5 km.

Please note that our wellness area Body & Soul will be closed from 02 - 04 January 2008 due to renovation works. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 17.00 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 11.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
