Short description

The hotel is a privately - run comfort hotel.
It has 29 single rooms, 39 double rooms and
12 small flats in our apartment house.
Non - smoking rooms are available and a lift
is selfevident.
The hotel has a very good tram connection to
the "Altstadt".

Room information

Our rooms are decorated with warm timber tones as well as soft and friendly colours.The apartments offer a living area, a bedroom and a kitchenette, perfectly suitable for long-term-guests and families.
Our hotel has also features as non-smoking-rooms and an elevator.

Food and beverages

Situated in our basement vault our restaurant Papageno and offers an atmosphere full of character.
Our opening hours:
6.30 until 10.30 Uhr and 17.30 until 24.00 Uhr
Our rich buffet breakfast is the ideal start into the day:
fresh bred rolls, croissants, coffee and juices..
"Savoir vivre" in the evening:
Indulge yourself with mediterranean cuisine - light and refined - as well as with vegetarian and German dishes, tasteful wines and fresh beer.

Tourists information

car:
Exit the motorway A4 to the direction "Wilder Mann".
You go to the direction of city´s centre. After 2 km at the left side you´ll see the hotel.
train:
Leaving the train at train station "Bahnhof Neustadt".
There you take the tram No. 3 in direction to "Wilder Mann".
After 1,5 km you arrive the Trachenberger Platz and our hotel.
airport:
Take the airport train to "Bahnhof Neustadt". There you
go by tram No. 3 in direction to "Wilder Mann" to our hotel.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
