The modern 3-star hotel opens its doors in the spring of 2008 opposite the central train station.

The hotel is only 9 kilometres away from the airport and only 50 metres away from the shopping area around Prager Strasse. Approximately one kilometre from the hotel you find the old town with Semper Opera, the Frauenkirche and the Zwinger Palace.

The new hotel offers three individually adjustable conference rooms on a total area of 200 m² and another, separate conference room.

Your room key card entitles you to enter the DB Lounge at the central train station.

Each of the 162 rooms is comfortably equipped with modern furniture in pale brown, beige or red nuances. Amenities include an individually adjustable air-conditioning and sound insulation.

Food and beverages

After an eventful day, guests may relax at the hotel’s own restaurant, enjoying regional and international specialties or a drink at the hotel bar.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on streets nearby and costs EUR 12.00 per day.
