Room information

All 32 rooms are equipped with mini-bar, Pay-TV (on request), satellite TV, ISDN telephone, and modem. Additionally, a fax connection is available to our guests. Each floor is connected to our parking garage via lift.

Food and beverages

We take care for the physical well-being of our guests! We recommend our international steak house 'El Toro'.

Remarks

During the periods 27th - 28th December 2007 and 1st - 5th January 2008 Reception will be occupied between 09:00 and 18:00. Check-in is only possible until 18.00 during these periods, and the hotel kindly requests that you confirm this is possible.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 32.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms only and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 5.99 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
