This hotel is centrally located on a traffic-calmed road. The main railway station, the airport, the exhibition grounds, the LTU-Arena and the Old Town can all be reached in just a few minutes via tram or underground train.

Owing to our central location, you can reach the exhibition grounds or the city centre in a matter of minutes, either by bus or rail.

By car
Via the A52 motorway from Mönchengladbach/Kaarst in the direction of Düsseldorf:
- At Büderich the A52 becomes the B7. Follow this road for approximately 6 km
- Then turn right onto the L56 (Ulmenstraße) and after approximately 700 metres turn half-right into Collenbachstraße
- After 200 metres you will see the hotel on your left-hand side

Via the A3 and A52 motorways in the direction of Düsseldorf:
- Head towards Düsseldorf at the Breitscheider Kreuz motorway interchange
- The A52 ends in Düsseldorf (exit Mörsenbroicher Ei). At the traffic lights (junction) go straight ahead and at the next traffic lights turn right onto Münsterstraße (there is a Mr. Wash on the left)
- Follow Münsterstraße to the end, stay in the right-hand lane and after the bend (and in front of the next traffic lights) turn right into Collenbachstraße
- After 150 metres you will see the hotel on your right-hand side

Via the A57 motorway from Köln/Neuss in the direction of Düsseldorf:
- At the exit Neuss-Hafen turn right onto Südbrücke bridge, and after the bridge turn left into Völklingerstraße
- Cross both tunnels of the Rhine river and keep following the road straight ahead
- Turn right into Kleverstraße and at the 2nd junction turn left into Rossstraße
- After the traffic lights turn right into Römerstraße and at its end turn right onto the Collenbachstraße After 100 metres you will see the hotel on the left-hand side

From Düsseldorf’s trade fair grounds or airport:
- Travel along Danzigerstraße (B8) in the direction of the Innenstadt (city centre)
- At the large junction (Kennedydamm) turn half-left into Rossstraße
- After the church (on the left) turn left into Golzheimerstraße which becomes Collenbachstraße
- Turn right and after 100 metres you will see the hotel on the left-hand side

By public transport:
By tram:
Take tram 707 via the Hauptbahnhof (main station) towards Unterrath S-Bahn station and exit at Essenerstraße (the stop is directly in front of the hotel)

OR

Take tram 715 via Heinrich-Heine-Alle towards Unterrath S-Bahn station or Spichernplatz and exit at Essenerstraße (the stop is directly in front of the hotel). This tram does not run on Sundays or bank holidays.

By bus:
Take bus 722 via the main station towards the Messe/Congresscenter and exit at Bankstraße. Then walk in the opposite direction of travel and enter the next street (Römerstraße) on the left and walk to its end. Turn right into Collenbachstraße and you will find the hotel after a few metres on the left-hand side of the street. This bus does not run on Sundays or bank holidays.

OR
Take bus 721 via Hauptbahnhof towards Flughafen Terminal (S-Bahn station) and exit at Bankstraße. Then walk against the direction of travel and enter the next street (Römerstraße) on the left and walk to its end. Turn right into Collenbachstraße and you will find the hotel after a few metres on the left-hand side of the street.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas only and charges are applicable.
