You have the choice. The Hotel Hanseat is located in the elegant part of Duesseldorf, called Oberkassel. You can reach the Kö/Altstadt by tram or by feet within a few minutes.

Tourists information

By car via the A57:
- At junction "Kaarst" take the A52 towards "Düsseldorf"
- Turn right towards "Düsseldorf-Zentrum"
- Turn right before you reach the underpass, and take the exit "D-Oberkassel"
- At the traffic lights at the end of the motorway exit, continue straight ahead into "Düsseldorfer Straße"
- Go straight ahead at the next set of traffic lights (curving to the left) into "Belsenstraße"
- You will find the hotel on the left-hand side.

By car via the A3:
- At the junction "Hilden" take the A46 towards Düsseldorf, and exit at "Düsseldorf Hafen/Bilk"
- At the first set of traffic lights turn left towards "Zentrum" on the "Südring" (southern ring)
- At the "Rheinufertunnel" tunnel continue towards "Oberkassel", over the "Rheinkniebrücke" bridge, and turn right
- Continue straight ahead into "Düsseldorfer Straße"
- At the third set of traffic lights turn into "Belsenstraße"
- You will find the hotel on the left-hand side.

Parking:
In front of the hotel you will find an entrance where you can unload your vehicle. At Belsenplatz, approx. 50 m from the hotel, you can park free of charge from 18:00 until 08:00 on the premises of the tyre garage. (You can obtain more details from the hotel reception.)

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the business centre only and costs EUR 8.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.00 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
