Tourists information

You can reach us by car from all directions via the A52/B7 exit Seestern. From Lütticher Strasse, turn into the "Seestern/Lörick" area.
By train: to Düsseldorf main station and then U77 to the terminal "Seestern" or U74 / U76 terminal "Prinzenallee". After a 300 metres walk you are at the hotel.

Our Airport-Shuttle picks you up between 06:00 - 10:30 (morning and afternoon/evening on request). The service is free of charge.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms only and costs EUR 19.90 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 18.00 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 15.00 per day.
