Our hotel is situated in the district Pempelfort. It is a perfect starting point to discover our beautiful city.
The city centre, the fair grounds, the airport and the old city centre can be reached within a few minutes.

Each of our 43 rooms can be easily accessed by elevator and has a modern and functional furniture. Well equipped the amenities provided in our rooms include telephone, Satellite Television, Fax and Modem connections

Food and beverages

At our restaurant "Frisco" we serve a rich breakfast buffet in the morning and varied dishes. At our bar we serve delicious cocktails.

Motorway A3: Exit Düsseldorf-Flughafen to A44
Ø exit Düsseldorf-Stockum
Ø direction to Düsseldorf-Zentrum (city centre)
Ø 2 km to drive to highway B8 until there is the Viktoria tower
on the right hand side
Ø turn left to the opposite direction
Ø at the next street turn right to Kleverstr.
Ø at the 3rd traffic light turn right to Collenbachstr.
Ø straight on to Blücherstr.

Motorway A52: Traffic circle Breitscheid to A52 until
Ø traffic circle Düsseldorf-Nord
Ø A44, direction to Flughafen (airport)
Ø until exit Düsseldorf-Stockum
Ø direction to Düsseldorf-Zentrum (city centre)

Motorway A46: Direction Neuss / Düsseldorf (city centre)
Ø 2nd exit in tunnel to follow sign Zentrum / Flughafen(city centre / airport)
Ø in the city follow sign Messe / Stadion / Nordstraße
Ø at the Cleverstr. to turn right
Ø at the 3rd traffic light to turn right again to Collenbachstr.
Ø then straight on to Blücherstr.

Motorway A61/A57: Exit Neuss / Hafen
Ø 1st possibility turn left to direction Rheinufertunnel / Rhein
Ø after 2 km at the end of the tunnel follow Rheinuferstraße
Ø 4th traffic llight turn right to Kleverstr.
Ø then 3rd traffic light turn right again to Collenbachstr.
Ø straight on to Blücherstr.

By train S7, from Düsseldorf airport:

Ø you must get off in the station: “Derendorf”
Ø in this station you can take the tram 701 direction “Benrath”
Ø you must get off in the station “Dreieck”
Ø please go back a few meters an turn right to Blücherstr.


By bus 721, from Düsseldorf airport:

Ø you must get off in the station: “Münsterstr./Feuerwache”
Ø please go back a few meters an turn left to Münsterstr.
Ø then straight and take the next street left to Blücherstr.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms only and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.
