The hotel is located on the Rathausplatz (Town Hall Square) in the heart of the city. Find numerous shopping facilities at your doorstep and be inspired by the Mediterranean Muensterplatz Square with its many restaurants offering international and regional cuisine.

Tourists information

Follow the direction signs for Universitat / Theater / Rathaus. You have access to the underground parking garage from Bertoldstrasse, Universitatsstrasse or Rathausplatz. As guest of the hotel you are also allowed to cross the pedestrian zone at any time.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
