The A&O City Hotel Hamburg is just 3 underground stops away from the main railway station and is located in the popular Hamm district.
Its central location on Hammer Landstraße offers direct connections to the access road of the A1 and A7 motorways, the “Horner Kreisel” roundabout, the A24 and the city centre.

Our breakfast buffet is available from 7:00 until 10:00 on weekdays and from 8:00 until 11:00 on weekends.

Tourists information

Arriving from the Elbbrücken (‘Elbe Bridges’):
- Cross the bridges and drive over Billhorner Brückenstraße onto Heidenkampsweg
- Follow the road for about 1km, until you reach the crossing with Ankelmannplatz (on the right-hand side you will see a glass half-round building)
- Turn right (Ankelmannplatz / Eiffestraße) and follow the road until you reach the crossing with Luisenweg
- Turn left and follow the road until you reach Hammer Landstraße
- Turn right and follow Hammer Landstraße for about 600 metres until you reach our hotel, number 170

Arriving from “Horner Kreisel” roundabout:
- Drive down Sievekingsallee
- Follow the road until you reach the crossing with Hammer Steindamm
- Turn left into Hammer Steindamm and follow it until you reach the crossing with Hammer Landstraße
- Turn left into Hammer Landstraße. You will find us after about 300 metres on the right-hand side (number 170)

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
