Our pageboy service allows you to enjoy your holiday right from the very start: your suitcases will be carried for you, your shoes will be cleaned, the windscreen of your car will be washed, and all sorts of further wishes can be fulfilled on request.

Area information

Discover the hotel’s charming surroundings by going for a walk along the Alsterwanderweg or through the Eppendorfer Moor, or by cycling or canoeing along the Alster.

In just 10 minutes you can reach Eppendorf’s marketplace and "Eppendorfer Baum", one of Hamburg’s finest shopping streets.

Directly in front of the hotel you find a bus stop; every 20 minutes the number 39 service departs to the airport or to Lattenkamp underground station.

Our hotel is also easily accessible by car, and is situated within the triangle formed by the airport, City Nord and the city centre.

Tourists information

Coming from the motorway A7 take the exit Stellingen in direction Innenstadt (city centre). Take the left lane. At the next intersection turn left into direction Eppendorf. In Eppendorf, at the large intersection, turn left into Tarpenbekstrasse. This street turns into Alsterkrugchaussee after 1km. If you see the hotel on your left hand side, turn left into Sportallee – there is the hotel driveway.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
