Our spacious and tastefully furnished apartments feature a separate living room and bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony or terrace. They range in size from 38m² to 75m².

Each apartment has 2 colour TVs, 2 telephones with an answering service and a DVD and CD player.

Food and beverages

Enjoy regional, national or international dishes in our restaurant "Elbgarten". If you fancy something a little more rustic, then our pub "Windfang" provides welcome variety.

Tourists information

By Car:
Arriving via the A1 from Bremen, Hanover, Cologne, Bielefeld:
- Take the A1 towards Hamburg Süd and then take the A 255 towards the centre (“Zentrum”)
- Cross the Elbe and stay in the right-hand lane
- After the bridge, take the first exit towards Rothenburgsort and then join the Billhorner Röhrendamm
- Turn right at the 1st set of traffic lights onto Billhorner Mühlenweg
- Drive straight ahead for 300 metres and you should reach the entrance of our hotel

Arriving via the A1 / A24 from Lübeck, Berlin:
- At the motorway junction Hamburg-Ost, travel towards Hanover (A1) or Hamburg-Süd (A255)
- Drive over the bridge and then follow the above instructions

Arriving via the A7 / A23 from Flensburg, Kiel, Itzehoe, Elmshorn:
- Take the exit “Stellingen” and continue towards Elbbrücken on Kieler Straße (B4)
- Drive straight ahead for about 5 km
- Turn left into Stresemannstraße (B4) and then straight ahead (follow Budapester Str., Ludwig-Erhard-Str., Ost-West-Str.)
- After the Deichtorhalle, turn right into Amsinckstraße and continue towards Elbbrücken
- Before the bridge towards Rothenburg, turn right and enter the underpass
- Turn right at the 1st set of traffic lights onto Billhorner Mühlenweg
- Drive straight ahead for 300 metres and you should reach the entrance of our hotel

Parking:
We offer 80 cost-free parking spaces close to the apartments. The underground garage provides 220 parking spaces. 4 parking spaces for buses are also available.

Arriving by public transport:
From the central bus station, take bus number 120 or 124 to the stop “Billhorner Mühlenweg”, where you will see our hotel.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 17 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
