The entrée Residenz & Garni Hotel enjoys an idyllic location in the district of Groß-Borstel, a favourable residential area which is particularly leafy.

The hotel benefits from excellent transport links. Within a few minutes you can reach Hamburg Airport, City Nord, Eppendorf and Alsterdorf. Eppendorf is an especially enjoyable destination, offering numerous pubs, cafés, restaurants, bars and excellent shops.

Our spacious rooms feature Mediterranean-style décor, and some include a balcony. A fax machine can be added on request.

Food and beverages

Our varied breakfast buffet provides a good start to the day.

Area information

The Alsterwanderweg hiking trail and Eppendorfer Moor are just a short walk away from the hotel and invite you to go walking, jogging or cycling. Bicycles are available for hire for a small fee.

Tourists information

Arriving via public transport:
- From the main railway station, take the underground line U1 towards Norderstedt Mitte and get out at the station Lattenkamp
- Take bus number 114 towards Lufthansa Basis and get out at the stop Köppenstraße
- Walk in the direction of travel for approx. 100 metres and you will find our hotel on the right-hand side

Arriving by car from the south via the A7 motorway:
- Travel through the Elbe tunnel towards Flensburg, and exit at Schnelsen/Niendorf
- Turn left towards the city centre ("Zentrum")
- Travel for approx. 2.5 km along the main road (Friedrich-Ebert-Str. + Kollaustr.) and turn left by the AUTO-UNGER building to enter Papenreye
- At the end of the road turn right into Borsteler Chaussee
- You will find the hotel on the left-hand side

Remarks

In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the room rate for the dates which were booked but not taken.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
