Our guest rooms are distributed between the three adjacent buildings, located just a few metres from the reception area.

The building "Garden Hotel No. 3" is characterised by an intimate, Hanseatic atmosphere.

The "Garden Hotel No.7" has received a Management Award for its modern design. Marble, high quality interiors and tasteful works of art create a luxurious ambience.

In "No. 60" you will be welcomed by direktor Claudius Zwein and his team. The lobby invites you to linger beside its cosy fireplace. On the ground floor you find a spacious, light-flooded breakfast area with a view of the gardens. Enjoy pleasant conversation in our charming hotel bar.

For business travellers, conference rooms with technical equipment are also available at "No. 60".

Food and beverages

Breakfast is available from 07:00 and can be served in our conservatory, in your room, on your balcony or in our gardens.

Area information

As anyone from Hamburg knows: Pöseldorf is a good address! Despite the proverbial Hanseatic understatement, one can tell that the somewhat introverted noblesse – a sense of “more than just appearances“ is very much at home here. One can find world-famous company names on the walls and doors of Pöseldorf, obviously very discreetly displayed! To name but a few: JIL SANDER and JOOP!
Pöseldorf is akin to a way of life; almost a Weltanschauung.
Boutiques, Delicatessen, Fashion, Galleries – they are all here. And exclusive. The senses are awakened. Your eyes will get their moneyʻs worth.
Should you desire a little more of Hamburg – should you want to visit the Opera, the
Thalia, the Jungfernstieg or the Neue Wall – just take the boat there – the dock is less than 3 minutes from here.
Float past weeping willows, which are centuries old and dip their branches into the water without looking as sad as the name would suggest. Past the stately villas, that are just as old. Gazing at the towers and spires of the city.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.00 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 15.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
