Public transport from main station:
Underground train Line U3 (yellow) direction Barmbek -> underground station St. Pauli -> follow Budapester Strasse -> turn left after 100m into Clemens-Schultz-Str. -> next junction turn half right into Annenstrasse (one way street) -> the hotel is situated at the end of the street.

by car:
Highway "A7" towards the north. Get off at exit "Bahrenfeld" direction city. Straight on about 4,5km. You drive through Stresemannstraße and get to a crossing which is called "Neuer Pferdemarkt". From there you take the next turn right and then two times left so that you find straight ahead the hotel.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
