Tourists information

Arriving by car:
- Take the motorway exit "Hamburg Billstedt"
- Join the city motorway and head towards the city centre ("Zentrum")
- Take the exit on the right which leads to Hammer Landstraße
- Turn left at the traffic lights and you will see us after 300 metres on the left-hand side

Arriving by public transport:
From the main railway station:
- Take the underground line U3 towards "Billstedt/Mümmermannsberg" and travel for 4 stops until you reach "Rauhes Haus"
- Take the exit "Hammer Landstraße"
- You will find the hotel to your right, on the opposite side of the road

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
