Arriving by public transport:

The intercity railway "Dammtor" is located just a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

From the main railway station:
- Take the S-Bahn (city rail) line S11, S21 or S31 and travel for one station until you reach "Dammtor"

From the airport:
- Take the Airport Express to the main railway station and continue as described above

Arriving by car:
- Follow the signs to the centre ("Zentrum"), Dammtor station and Eimsbüttel

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
