The hotel lies in the west of Hamburg, just 100 metres from the intercity (ICE) railway station Hamburg-Altona.

Nearby you find a large shopping centre, several leisure facilities and the famous Reeperbahn.

Hamburg's city centre is 4 kilometres away and can be reached via S-Bahn (city rail) in just 10 minutes.

Tourists information

Arriving by car:

Via the A7:
- Take the exit Hamburg Othmarschen
- Turn right into Behringstraße, which then becomes Barnersstraße
- Follow this road until you reach the tunnel
- In the tunnel, get in the right-hand lane
- As soon as you leave the tunnel, turn right into Präsident-Krahn-Straße
- After approx. 200 metres you will see the hotel on the left-hand side


Arriving by public transport:

From the main railway station:
- Take the S-Bahn (city rail) line S1, S3 or S31 until you reach the station Altona
- Take the exit Präsident-Krahn-Straße, turn left and walk along the street
- After 100 metres you will see the hotel on the right-hand side

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 13.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms only and costs EUR 20.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 9.00 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 6.00 per day.
