This hotel is VDR-certified; it has met the strict criteria of the German Business Travel Association. It offers 5 air-conditioned conference rooms for up to 80 delegates. All rooms benefit from natural daylight, are soundproofed, and are equipped with fax/telephone connection as well as modern conference and presentation technology. Gusts can park their car at the parking lot of Media Markt close by for a reduced charge. Tickets available at the hotel.

All 133 comfortably equipped rooms have fax connection, cable TV with video and hair dryer. Please note: our extra beds are not suitable for adults.

Food and beverages

Enjoy a generous warm and cold breakfast buffet in the Wintergarten Restaurant. At lunch and in the evening we will spoil you with regional and International specialities. Let your delightful day draw to a pleasant close in our hotel bar. The breakfast costs 0.50 Cent more in 2008.

Arriving by car:
- Coming from the South and the North, approach via the A7 until you reach the exit "Othmarschen" or "Bahrenfeld"
- Coming from the East, approach via the A24 until you reach the exit "Billstedt"
- Coming from the Northeast, approach via the A1 until the exit "Hamburg-Horn"
- From all directions, follow the signposts to "Altona/Bahnhof" or "DB Autozug"

Arriving by rail:
- The hotel is located right next to the Hamburg-Altona railway station, to the left of the railway tracks
- To reach the Hamburg-Altona railway station from the main railway station, take the S-Bahn (city rail) line S1 or S3

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 12 to 16 years are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.
